So we just upgraded our phones. Sena has a new flip phone. I finally have a smartphone, an iPhone 6. The mission took about 2 hours today and I’m still trying to figure out exactly how the gadget works.
I spent a long time shopping for a belt clip so I can get style points.
Sena opted for a new flip phone. The salesman did his best to sell her a smartphone. Even I got into the act. She could not be moved.
We made sure they worked by making a couple of “Can you hear me now?” calls to each other. Texting is still weird on the flip phone, but messaging will probably be easier on the iPhone. No, I’m not going to try it today.
I was finally able to download and use the Academy of Psychosomatic Medicine (APM) 2015 App. According to my iphone, I’ve walked 62 steps so far today. I hope this works better than my old step-counter:
Why does iPhone have a “SELF-DESTRUCT” App? Will the calculator work better than our old one?
Will the phone itself be better quality? I could pair it with my Apple watch–except I don’t have one.
We’ll be recycling the old flip phones.
